Licensed Practical Nurses deliver nursing care at Poplar Ridge Pavilion in Trail, British Columbia. This casual opportunity includes rotating day and night shifts.
Interior Health seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for its long term care team. You will assess patients, plan and provide personal and nursing care, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. The position serves adults with complex health care needs requiring professional care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
Implement personal and nursing care collaboratively
Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications
Follow BCCNM competency guidelines and practice standards
Apply organizational policies, procedures, and unit protocols
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse qualification
Experience in long term care nursing
Reliability, flexibility, and motivation
Ability to work rotating days and nights
Availability for casual, as needed scheduling
Support complex care residents through assessment, medication administration, and nursing practice at Interior Health’s Poplar Ridge Pavilion.
