Outdoor Specialist

Position: Outdoor Specialist Role
Join our dedicated team as a Trail Specialist, focusing on trail construction and maintaining sustainable outdoor infrastructure. This role demands a mix of hands-on carpentry, tool operation, and teamwork in various settings.

We are seeking a motivated individual to be part of our trail building and natural resource construction crew. Your responsibilities will include constructing hiking and multi-use trails while ensuring environmental standards are met. Collaborate closely with team leaders to train and support newer crew members, enhancing productivity and safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain trail systems according to project specs

• restore drainage features like check dams and ditches

• Maintain proper trail width and visibility

• Install timber structures for outdoor trails

• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively

Requirements:

• At least one year in trail work or related fields

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions

• Ability to camp on-site when necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent
