Join Marmot Basin's Summer Operations team as a Trail Crew Labourer. Engage in outdoor maintenance and construction tasks while operating heavy machinery in a beautiful alpine environment.

As a part of the Summer Operations team at Marmot Basin, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the trails and landscapes of Jasper, Alberta. This seasonal, full-time role involves diverse responsibilities, including fencing, landscaping, and using heavy equipment responsibly. Expect to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while ensuring safety practices and promoting environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor maintenance, landscaping, and repairs

• Operate heavy machinery and tools safely

• Manage erosion, runoff, and roadway conditions

• Perform wastewater treatment and cleanout

• Assist contractors and address safety concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Experience with chainsaws and heavy machinery

• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license

• Alberta Intermediate First Aid certificate

• Physically fit, capable of lifting 50lbs
