Casual Relational Security Officer

Position: Casual Relational Security Officer Needed
Interior Health is looking for a Casual Relational Security Officer in Trail to provide essential security services. Engage in proactive monitoring and response protocols while ensuring a safe atmosphere.

In this role, you will report directly to the Supervisor, Relational Security, and be involved in maintaining and enforcing security protocols. Your responsibilities will include using surveillance technology and responding to various emergencies while assisting healthcare professionals and patients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security patrols and monitoring tasks

• Address emergencies efficiently and effectively

• Record and report security-related incidents

• Facilitate secure transportation for staff and patients

• Collaborate with community safety officials

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a security position preferred

• Strong observational and assessment skills

• Ability to manage reports and log activities

• Familiarity with surveillance and identification systems

• Availability for various shift hours as needed
