Experiential Security Supervisor

Lead the Relational Security team with Interior Health in Trail! This vital supervisor role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure the safety and order of operations.

As a Relational Security Supervisor, you will oversee personnel and communicate effectively with the Coordinator, Relational Security Operations. With three years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities, you’ll guide your team through reported incidents and performance evaluations. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will enhance departmental goals while promoting security for staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift staff and provide work direction

• Assist with performance reviews and reports

• Patrol and monitor security systems in facilities

• Respond to emergencies and conflicts effectively

• Liaise with external emergency services as needed

Requirements:

• BC Security Guard License with handcuff endorsement

• Three years related experience, one-year supervision

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to operate security equipment

• Physical capability to perform required duties
