Junior AI Engineer BC

In this role, you will support KSCU’s digital initiatives as a Junior Engineer, either onsite in Trail or remotely within British Columbia.

You'll work with experienced technicians to assist in AI model development, data preparation, and system integration, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency and data-informed decision-making in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for member services.

• Support data cleaning and preprocessing for machine learning.

• Participate in prompt engineering for large language models.

• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems.

• Document AI workflows and processes for compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, ML, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years in software development or related.

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and Agile methods.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations in AI applications.
