This full-time, permanent role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to support fleet operations. As Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate fleet technologies, schedule maintenance, and ensure National Safety Code compliance. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for optimizing vehicle management systems and ensuring responsive service to schools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vehicle maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with National Safety Code regulations
• Oversee fleet technology integration on school buses
• Support regional logistics for operational efficiency
• Foster positive relationships with contractors and vendors
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred
• Experience in fleet operations coordination
• Knowledge of fleet management software
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
