Individually Designed Homes (IDH) is seeking a commercial lead for luxury residential projects across East Lothian and Edinburgh sites. You’ll own project margins end‑to‑end, from cost planning and variations to final account settlement, negotiating with subcontractors and clients, and reporting directly to the directors.
You’ll manage valuations, subcontractor costs and labour expenditure using Live Costs and , supported by a growing portfolio as the business scales towards £10M+
