• Support people with all aspects of daily living at home and in their communities.
• Assist people with planning for their future and to prevent the effects of social isolation and loneliness in their lives.
• Work with individuals who require support for a variety of reasons including Mental Health, Autism, Physical & Learning Disabilities, using a person-centred approach.

  Shifts:
  
  this role is specifically for waking nights shifts only. The successful candidate will remain awake and alert throughout the night to provide high-quality support, ensure safety and wellbeing, and respond to needs as they arise.

• Experience is welcome, but full training (including SVQ qualifications) is provided along with regular support and supervision from your Service Manager.
• Right values and motivation are essential: honesty, respect, empathy and compassion.
• Applicants should live within the local area or within a short commute.

• Anti-social hours enhancement of up to £1,241 per annum, when undertaking waking night shifts (11pm-7am)
