• Lead and manage a small team of delivery drivers
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and weekly driver rotas
• Oversee warehouse stock levels, deliveries, and organisation
• Maintain stock control systems and monitor Excel spreadsheets
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Deliver stock to various shop locations when required
• Ensure all delivery vehicles and the warehouse are clean, organised, and well maintained

• Must be 25 years or older (due to insurance requirements for company vans)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Previous driving experience
• Proven experience managing a team
• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including using stock management systems
• Must have own transport - depot is based in a rural East Lothian location
• Flexibility is essential - you must be willing to work weekends, long hours, and during school holidays, especially in the busy summer season (50+ hours/week is typical during peak months)

• £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary (based on experience)
• 40-hour week, with regular overtime available and paid during peak periods
