Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

• Develop and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Analyze production variances, cost of goods sold, and profitability reports.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and cycle count procedures.
• Prepare detailed cost analysis for management decision‑making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with cost data.
• Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end close activities related to inventory and COGS.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3‑5 years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for presenting cost analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA for process automation or complex modeling.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP system implementations or significant module upgrades (e.g., SAP CO, Oracle Cost Management).
