Administrative Assistant –
MPS Group (Doug's Underground Service, a MPS Group, Inc)
Location: Traverse City, MI
Shift Details: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m.
Job Duties
- Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Process and track MISS DIG tickets.
- Calendar coordination and scheduling for team members and field operations.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence (phone and email).
- Create and update reports and tracking logs.
- Support general office and administrative functions as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Familiarity with vendor management systems or job ticketing platforms such as MISS DIG.
- Experience in construction, utilities, or service-based business environments.
- Experience with scheduling or administrative coordination.
