Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team. Base pay range: $18.00–$21.00/hour. As a Patient Coordinator
, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role at an Aspen Dental practice.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
