Salary Range: $116,000 - $165,000 depending on experience

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee and manage engineering projects focused on process optimization, automation, and new product introduction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Provide expert technical guidance and problem-solving support for complex production challenges.
• Develop and manage the engineering department budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership experience, including direct management and mentorship of engineering teams.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective engineering solutions.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing, digital twins).
• Prior experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system implementation or administration.
