Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance production capabilities and product quality.
- Provide engineering support for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues, quality defects, and equipment failures.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials to improve productivity and product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to resolve technical challenges and achieve operational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for fixture design, tooling, and process layout.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, automation, or welding.
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for production issues.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Python for data analysis)
- Experience with automation and robotics integration
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
