Bel Brands is seeking a Reliability Technologist to improve plant OEE and equipment reliability at the Traverse City facility. You will drive predictive maintenance programs, training, and equipment design improvements while troubleshooting electrical and control systems.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3–5 years in reliability or specialized maintenance in manufacturing, preferably in food packaging. Strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is highly valued.
