As a Financial Relationship Banker, you will look after our consumer and business customers, retaining and growing relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, centers of influence, a disciplined sales process, follow‑up programs, and sourcing referrals from customers, bank colleagues, and partners.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on how to optimize the use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology, and policies.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal‑driven retail sales, or business‑to‑business sales, or equivalent military experience in an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or business‑to‑business sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
• Strong acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using technology such as mobile and online banking services.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.

Not eligible for overtime pay.

Office. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in‑office and work‑from‑home options. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
