Job Description
Registered Nurse - PACU
Why work as a RN in PACU at Munson Healthcare?- Teamwork and support – our multidisciplinary teams include experienced and new graduate RNs, providers, clinicians and support staff who will help you transition to your new role.
- Provides pre and post anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients
- Works collaboratively with anesthesia providers
- Performs outpatient and inpatient surgeries, 60-70 cases/day
- PACU Residency Program (12 months)
- Commitment to growth and development – thousands of educational offerings, leadership development, simulation education and tuition reimbursement.
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- Experience caring for adult surgical patients within the last 3 years preferred.
- BCLS and ACLS required upon hire, PALS within 6 months of hire.
