A Day in the Life:
Medical Business Associate (Receptionist) is the first point of contact for patients and families, setting the tone for exceptional care.

• Obtain and verify patient and insurance information, entering data accurately into the registration system.
• Schedule patient appointments for office visits, referrals, diagnostic testing, and procedures.
• Greet patients professionally in person and over the telephone, responding effectively to their needs.

• High school graduate or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.
