Job DescriptionProvides direct care to patients in a manner that considers safety, comfort in the behavioral health therapeutic environment. Builds healthy, supportive patient relationships and practices effective interpersonal skills at all times. Completes clinical reports and documentation in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or two years of college preferred.
- Nurse Aide experience with preference for experience as a Mental Health Technician on an inpatient psychiatric unit or previous psychiatric unit.
- Possess or obtain CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
