Description of the role
As a Banquet Server at Park Place Hotel in Traverse City, MI, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests during events and banquets. This role requires attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Set up and break down banquet and event spaces
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Work as part of a team to efficiently execute events
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
