PACE North seeks a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face for participants, families, vendors, and visitors in Traverse City. You will provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and support multiple departments from the front desk.
In this role, you’ll coordinate front desk operations, manage calls and correspondence, and use Microsoft 365 tools to keep the reception area efficient. A caring, professional demeanor and attention to detail are essential.
