Human Resources Manager
Oryana Community Co‑op is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the co‑op’s Leadership Team. The HR Manager will provide oversight and ensure efficient, compliant operations of the HR function, including:
- Employee relations and performance management
- Recruitment, compensation, and benefit administration
- Training and development programs
- Policy development and interpretation
- Payroll management
- Safety compliance
