As an IT Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will monitor the hosting infrastructure stack and respond swiftly to problems. You will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems. You will connect with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system Builds.
