Project & Support Management:

• Manage all website change requests.
• Track and follow up on support requests in project management system daily.

Client Engagement & Support:

• Regularly check in with web clients on their experience with their website.
• Inform clients about new features and digital products.
• Maintain 1-2 client touchpoints per month.

Website Reporting & Quality Assurance:

• Send and discuss monthly website reports with clients.
• Regularly review websites for issues and assist with QA during launches.

New Website Builds:

• Serve as the main point of contact for new builds.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and answer client questions.
• Coordinate with web, art, and billing teams to ensure project completion.

Search Performance Management:

• Set up analytics and monitor site indexing.
• Track and optimize search performance.
