KMG Prestige, Inc. is looking for a goal‑oriented Community Manager in Traverse City & Empire, MI. The role focuses on ensuring residents enjoy a superior experience through effective apartment community operations, resident relations, rent collection, marketing, and staff leadership.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the apartment community.
- Handle resident concerns and complaints.
- Collect rent and maintain accurate financial records.
- Market the community to attract new residents.
- Lead and support the site staff.
- Property management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Budgeting experience.
- Customer service mindset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License (company pays for license).
