Results-Based Compensation
  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (negotiable based on experience)

You’ll spearhead our expansion into Southeast Michigan and Grand Rapids while strengthening our Traverse City foundation, with the ultimate goal of establishing Wilson Kester as Michigan's leading statewide family law firm.

  • Develop and implement consultative client acquisition strategies across Southeast Michigan, Grand Rapids, and future markets tailored to each community's unique needs

  • Establish market leadership in each territory through trusted advisor relationships and deep community understanding
