The Foreman serves as a key field leader responsible for supervising electrical and automation crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands‑on leadership, and the ability to guide teams toward high‑quality project execution.

• Lead, direct, and coordinate field crews on electrical, controls, and automation installation projects.
• Oversee daily scheduling, workforce allocation, material staging, and equipment usage.
• Review drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and efficient workflow.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company policies while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding progress, challenges, and required adjustments.
• Train, mentor, and support technicians—helping develop skillsets, maintain productivity, and uphold quality expectations.
