Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code programs.
• Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Adjust machine offsets, tooling, and programming to maintain tight tolerances and optimize production.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts efficiently.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machines and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or production issues.

• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Demonstrated understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) for quality inspection.
• Experience with tool selection, offset adjustments, and basic machine maintenance.

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Solid Works, Fusion 360) for offline programming
• Experience with advanced metrology equipment, such as CMMs or optical comparators
• Ability to perform light machine maintenance or troubleshooting
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
