Production Associate

Job Description

Join our production team to support the daily functions and operations of our food manufacturing plant. This role is essential for maintaining smooth workflow and product movement throughout various stages of production, including packaging, baking, and freezing.

• Rack pies on and off production racks and push products onto conveyors.
• Push and pull wheeled racks to move products between ovens and freezers.
• Maintain a fast and steady work pace with consistent focus on tasks.
• Lift up to 25 pounds repetitively throughout the shift.
• Perform frequent reaching at waist height levels.
• Occasional stair climbing as needed.

Full shifts 8‑10 hours after start. 1st shift starts 4‑8 am; 2nd shift starts 2‑5 pm.

Traverse City, MI.

• Food Safety & GMP compliance: no exposed jewelry/piercings (except a single plain wedding band covered by a glove), no watches, bracelets, or necklaces.
• Upper body: clean shirts with sleeves (no sleeveless), no tears or fraying.
• Lower body: clean pants; no tears, holes, or excessive wear.
• Clothing must be free of profane, suggestive, or offensive text/images.
• Required PPE: company‑issued steel‑toe boots and necessary personal protective equipment must be worn.

Pay range: $21.46‑$24.33/hr based on shift and position assigned.
