Registered Nurse – Pool RN III B – Med/Surg/Tele & Critical Care (Full‑time; 30 h, Night Shift)

This full‑time night shift position is part of Munson Healthcare’s flagship nursing pools, providing advanced care across critical care, telemetry, and medical/surgical units in northern Michigan.

• Critical Care Pool responsibilities include ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery, and Emergency Department coverage.
• Telemetry Pool responsibilities include A4, A6 Recovery, A7, C2, and C4 units.
• Med‑Surg Pool responsibilities include B3, B4, C3 (Adult), D4, D5, D6, and Rehab units.

• Teamwork and support – collaborative multidisciplinary teams with experienced and new graduate RNs.
• Expanded knowledge – structured rotation through each pool to reinforce competency.
• Flexible scheduling – two holidays per year, every third weekend, and significant differential pay.

• Active registered nurse license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum two (2) years of critical care experience.
