• Critical Care Pool will cover ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery and Emergency Department.
• Teamwork and support – our multidisciplinary teams include experienced and new graduate RNs, providers, clinicians and support staff who will help you transition to your new role.
• Expanded knowledge – rotation of each pool nurse through the units worked will continue to ensure competency in each area.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
• Minimum 1 year of previous Critical Care experience.
