A cook in our kitchen will have the basic knowledge and ability to:
- Handle knives safely and effectively
- Use kitchen equipment such as slicers, broilers, grills, ovens, etc.
- Stand on their feet for up to 8 hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Keep their workspace organized and clean
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prepare banquet-style meals
