Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

This role supports Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center (TBC) as a Team Member, Expert, Techie, Owner, and Talent Ambassador. The Advisor will provide safe, efficient customer service, maintain inventory and equipment, assist members with purchasing decisions, and model Walmart’s core values.

• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, and service standards.
• Use point‑of‑sale systems and both phone and in‑person selling techniques. Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales and improve service experience.
• Track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and audit compliance.
• Report safety hazards, product complaints, and work‑area issues, completing required documentation such as logs and paperwork.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and maintain high‑quality service and product standards.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and communicate progress.
• Promote a culture of belonging, teamwork, and integrity, aligning with Walmart’s values.

• Valid state‑issued driver's license.
• Minimum age 18 years.

• Experience in auto service industry or retail.
