As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works, helping customers find products and delivering exceptional, consistent experiences that drive sales and maintain a positive, high-energy store environment. This is a holiday-season, part-time role with opportunities for development and benefits for seasonal associates.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive Rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and presentable.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Remain knowledgeable about policies and procedures and uphold company values.
