• Provide financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives as determined by Ollie’s Operations leadership.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors by delivering exceptional associate and customer service experiences; ensure all company standards are consistently demonstrated.
• Execute on company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals and expectations.
• Coach, train, develop, evaluate, supervise, and schedule store associates to meet staffing budgets and business needs.
• Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
