What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the hospital markets
  • Develop and maintain an annual business plan and pipeline of potential sales opportunities
  • Provide in-service education and technical scope reviews for customers prior to sales
  • Maintain organized account records and utilize the company CRM, , for reporting
  • Spend an average of 3 days per week working in the field to meet territory sales expectations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience or relevant experience with the employer
  • Knowledge of employer and competitive products
  • Strong strategic and customer-oriented selling skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
    • College degree preferred
    • Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss employer products
    • Intermediate computer skills
