HVAC Commercial Lead Installer EXPERIENCED role at Team Bob's Heating Cooling Plumbing

We are in search of a talented and motivated Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team! This role will oversee and lead the on-site installation of new commercial and industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, ductwork and piping systems according to the plans and specifications of each project.

This role will oversee and lead the on-site installation of new commercial and industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, ductwork and piping systems according to the plans and specifications of each project.

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• 3+ years of supervisory and project management experience preferred
• NATE Certified or obtain within 1 year of hire
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel as needed

Lead Commercial HVAC Installer Target Compensation $75k+, Top Pay for Top Talent. Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education.

7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends
