Pay Scale:
Up to $65,000+ Annually
Work Hours:
7:30am - 4:00pm with overtime as needed.

Primary Job FunctionInstall heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, delivering a high‑quality experience to customers. Supervise the work of other installers while encouraging high quality and timely job performance.
Required QualificationsThe role requires Level 1 and 2 qualifications, plus additional skills and certifications such as Level 3 tools, valid EPA certification for Level 1 and 2, and a universal refrigeration license. Candidates must be proficient in installing round and rectangular duct, measuring ductwork, and installing equipment accessories. They should understand complex sheet metal fittings, have experience with mini‑split units, and be able to complete simple low‑voltage connections on HVAC systems.
Strong customer relations, effective communication skills, paperwork completion, and change‑order management are essential. The role also involves testing line sets, setting pressures during start‑ups, supervising, and training others.
Operate a company vehicle conscientiously, follow supervisor instructions, and oversee team members with integrity and excellence. Report issues with installations, tools, or vehicles, and work well with customers, co‑workers, and subcontractors. Complete jobs independently from start to finish while maintaining professionalism in appearance and attitude. Present innovative solutions, complete tasks within labor budgets, and manage processes such as job packets and time cards.
Additionally train apprentices, prepare for the NATE core test, maintain NATE certification, and fulfill other assigned duties.
