Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems issues.
• Execute corrective repairs on malfunctioning equipment to minimize downtime.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including industrial controls and motor systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Experience executing Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical blueprints.
• Adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting skills and familiarity with control logic.

• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Welding or fabrication skills.
• HVAC/R certification.
