Modigent Company is seeking a Retrofit Service Technician to support HVAC projects in the Albuquerque area. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliable field service across installs and repairs.
Tech I (1–3 years) assists with basic installs and repairs under supervision, including DX Split Systems and rooftop work.
Tech II (3+ years) works unsupervised and may supervise;
Tech III (5+ years) mentors juniors, enforces safety standards, and leads installation efforts on DX Split Systems.
