We are PCI.
Purpose of RoleProvide high‑quality D&M proposals within expected time frames. Based on quote requirements, work with various internal departments to deliver proposals and change orders to customers the first time. Prepare and present proposals in internal and customer‑facing meetings when applicable.
Responsibilities- Lead meetings with internal departments and external clients to discuss expectations associated with proposals, revisions, and change orders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather supporting information for proposals to meet required service level agreements.
- Participate in drafting change orders, proposals, and revisions.
- Draft and present cost analysis and proposals to senior leadership and external customers.
- Act as an internal point of contact for proposal and change order inquiries.
- Serve as liaison between project management and business development managers to support the transition of awarded proposals into project management teams.
- Train new business development associates on reviewing, interpreting, and utilizing information from requests for quotes and change order forms.
- Control and manage departmental work instructions for accuracy as processes develop or change.
- Communicate new or changed work instructions to business development associates.
- Proactively ask questions to obtain answers, collect business process information, and collaborate positively with others.
- Manage and prioritize competing requests to ensure completion within required SLAs.
- Report daily and weekly metrics, utilizing data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a CDMO.
- Advanced computer skills, including complex tasks in Smartsheet and Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to perform high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Associate's degree in a pharmaceutical‑related field and/or 1‑3 years of related experience and/or training.
