Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting for Student Teacher’s to begin work in Tredegar and their surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately.

Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools
, for those wanting to retain flexibility around their work and those wanting to sharpen their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement. Holding a Valid UK driver's license would increase opportunities for work.

The successful candidate:

• Are you on course to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE or a BA in Education?
• Have a minimum 3-month experience of teaching within a UK Primary or Secondary School,
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
• Plan innovative and creative lessons with the correct Education and Training
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils

As a valued member of ESP, you’ll receive:

• A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (
  Currently £125 per day
  )
• A £125 recommend a friend scheme
• A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs,
• No need for completion of time sheets,
• Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
