Aspire People are proud to be working in partnership with a well-respected secondary school in Blaenau Gwent to recruit an English Teacher for a long-term position starting this September. • Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing meaningful feedback
• Creating a positive, well-managed classroom environment
• Working collaboratively within a supportive English department and wider school team

• Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
• Have recent experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
• Be reliable, professional, and committed to supporting pupil progress
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service

• Competitive daily rate of 172.98
