• Support vulnerable children in residential and community setups, focusing on emotional growth and safety.
• Apply trauma-informed practices to support young people with autism, SEMH needs, and childhood adversity.
• Log updates smoothly using "Clear Care" and book your shifts in seconds on the Randstad Scheduler app.

• 1+ years of UK-based care experience with vulnerable youth or looked-after children. (Transferable UK adult complex care background accepted with strong trauma/PACE understanding).
• Valid UK driving license and car owner.
• Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• A compassionate, reliable, and grounded attitude.

• £16.00 to £20.00 per hour plus holiday pay (PAYE).
