Your Contribution Support vulnerable children in residential and community setups, focusing on emotional growth and safety. Apply trauma-informed practices to support young people with autism, SEMH needs, and childhood adversity. Log updates smoothly using "Clear Care" and book your shifts in seconds on the Randstad Scheduler app. Requirements 1 years of UK-based care experience with vulnerable youth or looked-after children.

(Transferable UK adult complex care background accepted with strong trauma/PACE understanding). Valid UK driving license and car owner. Full Right to Work in the UK ( no sponsorship provided ). A compassionate, reliable, and grounded attitude.
