Customer Service Representative - Part Time Patient Registration
Location: Intermountain Bear River Hospital
Shift
Hours:
Tuesday 5pm - 5am, Thursday 5am - 5pm, and rotating Saturday and Sunday 5am - 5pm

As our Customer Service Representative
, you’ll help patients check into the Emergency Department
. It’s fast‑paced and you’ll be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration.
To thrive in this job, you’ll need to be a confident multi‑tasker who is a quick study with technology, can type and answer phones, and is up to date on all vaccinations. You must pass a drug test and a background check prior to hire.
Responsibilities- Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment.
- Help patients who may be very ill or worried and listen carefully to ease their anxiety.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, often on your feet while assisting patients complete their registration.
- Collaborate with a team that supports career growth.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
For this U.S.‑based position, the base pay range is $15.00 – $20.28 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
