Employees are required to ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times, model appropriate behavior, follow client‑specific behavior plans and supports, promote positive outcomes, provide supervision, complete all assigned program documentation accurately and punctually, and have a good judgement with the ability to handle crisis/emergency situations.

We are looking for people with positive attitudes who are willing to help others. Employees of North Eastern Services are mentors, teachers, and most importantly, friends.

• Able to pass a Criminal Background Check and drug test
• Must provide a valid  Driver's License and Social Security card for background check
• 18 years of age or older
• Able and willing to lift over 50 pounds
• Flexible work schedule including at least one weekend shift
