Base rate: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on your skills and experience.

• Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required.
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic needed.
• Patient, attentive, resourceful with attention to detail.
• CNA or other certifications are helpful but not required.

• Provide compassionate companionship.
• Assist with personal care.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
• Assist with walking, mobility, and PT exercises.
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments and errands.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Provide Alzheimer’s/Dementia care assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.

• Compassionate, patient, and detail‑oriented.
• Team player.
• Reliable work history.
• One‑year professional experience working with seniors (in‑home care, assisted living, memory care, hospital or rehab).
• Background check clearance.
• Current TB or chest X‑ray; CPR certification (both due upon hire).
• Reliable transportation.

Shift availability: 24/7; hours depend on assignment, no guaranteed hours.
