Store Manager – San Clemente Palace Boutique
Main Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all daily operations of the boutique located inside the luxury hotel.
Ensure an exceptional, personalized luxury customer experience.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising in line with Eleventy brand standards.
Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with hotel management to optimize the guest experience and create cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique management.
Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly professional appearance and strong customer‑oriented mindset.
Italian and English are mandatory; a third language is considered a plus (preferably Russian).
